WHAT A CHANGE ADVISORY ENGAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE
Typically, the role of Change Advisor is not full time: my engagement may be for the entire duration of your change initiative but our touch-points will be aligned with key milestones & events, taking both on-site and off-site formats. This framework allows me to be accountable for specific deliverables, remaining engaged throughout - ready to jump in quickly and efficiently where needed.
